Article 1: The seller's identity
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") are entered into between:

Article 2: Fields of application
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products concluded on the website www.oakwood.fr , operated via the Shopify platform, to consumers.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer, materialized by a mandatory checkbox before payment validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Article 3: Products
The products offered are clothing and accessories, including leather goods, presented on the site subject to availability.
Each product has a detailed description. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
Since leather is a natural material, variations in color, grain or texture may exist and do not constitute a defect in conformity.
The products comply with European regulations relating to consumer safety and health.
Article 4: Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery costs are specified before final order confirmation.
In the event of a clear pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer.
Article 5: The order
The customer places the order according to the process in place on Shopify.
The order is final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud
Article 6: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered by Shopify (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Transactions are secured through Shopify's certified payment systems.
Article 7: Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, within the delivery zones offered on the website.
Delivery times are indicative. In accordance with Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, the customer may cancel the contract in the event of excessive delay.
Article 8: The right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
Return procedure
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must follow the procedure below:
- Submit the return request according to the procedures indicated on the website or by customer service;
- Return the completed return form and the item in question, at your own expense, within a maximum of 14 days , clearly writing the return number on the package, to the following address:

The customer must ensure that this procedure is followed correctly. Failure to do so may result in the return being refused.
The risks and costs associated with returning the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return, via the original payment method.
Article 9: Legal Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 10: Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The processing methods are detailed in the website's Privacy Policy.
Article 11: Responsibility
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages or for damages due to force majeure.
Article 12: Intellectual Property
All elements of the oakwood.fr website are protected by intellectual property law.
Article 13: Applicable Law - Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer can use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking any legal action.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
Article 14: Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
The customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation before validating their order.
